It’s Hot in Texas

Maybe 109 is not really hot in your area but on a scooter, it’s downright insane!  This is what it feels like to ride when it’s over 100 degrees.  Although the heat is not why I’ve not posted in a while, it does take a lot of energy out of you.

Fortunately, my SYM-RV-250 barely reaches the second bar on the temperature gauge.  It’s never even come close to overheating even after sitting in the parking lot for several hours in 100+ heat.  Now, the seat gets a little warm but compared to the cheap scooter I had in the past, it’s like an icebox.

What’s sad is that this is only June.  It may never get below 100 by the time we get to August.
